Lacey Falls

Lacey joined AEGIS in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and brings nine years of accounting and finance experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining AEGIS, Lacey served as a financial analyst in the oil and gas industry. Most recently at Elite Compression Services, where she managed the financial planning and analysis process, treasury activities, and the fixed asset process. Prior to Elite, Lacey worked at Citation Oil & Gas where she was responsible for the long-term financial model, investor reporting, annual budgets, and oil and gas accruals. Lacey started her career at PWC as an auditor and is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems.

Outside of the office, Lacey enjoys playing sand volleyball, running, and spending time on the coast with family and friends.
