First Look - OPEC+ cuts appear to be working | Gas trades higher ahead of the storage report

Mike Hadwin

Mike is an associate for the firm’s trading group, where he assists clients in devising and executing hedging strategies. He brings over twenty years of expertise in energy trading, risk management, and cultivating relationships through brokering.

Prior to joining AEGIS, Mike held trading positions with TPC Corporation, Associated Natural Gas (Duke), and Natural Gas Clearinghouse (Dynegy). He has also worked in various natural gas brokering roles, most recently with Choice Energy Services, Tradespark (Cantor Fitzgerald), and Exco Energy in New York. Throughout these trading roles, Mike has gained extensive trading experience through strategic analysis to minimize market exposure while capitalizing on market gains. As a broker, he always leans in to ensure satisfaction with timely execution, new market products, and market performance.

Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Louisiana Tech University and acquired a National Futures Association Series 3 License in 2012. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing, golfing, perfecting his new culinary skills, and spending time with family and friends.
