Richard Kulaszewski

Richard Kulaszewski joined AEGIS as a VP of Business Development, with responsibility for the Dairy and Agriculture software markets and Canadian E&P. Richard takes pride in being well-versed in many areas of hedging and risk management to maximize the value of hedge programs.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent over 22 years as a partner in two risk management and derivative hedging software companies that he guided from start-ups to sales, including INSSINC's FUTRAK MTM and hedge accounting software for agriculture and energy companies, where he was responsible for worldwide revenue growth until the sale to Triple Point Technology in 2008. At Triple Point, he touched on all aspects of treasury, commodity, and hedge accounting sales to large multinational corporations. Richard joined Triple Point through the acquisition of INSSINC. He was instrumental in helping Triple Point grow from roughly 40 million in revenue in 2008 to 200 million in revenue in 2014 and the ultimate acquisition by ION Trading in 2014. In 2014, Richard started InstaNext, a risk management and hedging software geared toward agricultural, dairy, and E&P corporations, with two partners. At that time, he was responsible for sales strategy to lead InstaNext's global growth. He played a significant role in guiding the successful sale of InstaNext to AEGIS Hedging in March 2021.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Outside the office, Richard enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two boys, who play college ice hockey for Rutgers University.
