Will currently supports the Product Development team as our Director of Qualitative Analytics, where he concentrates on the firm's industry-leading hedge management platform. He brings over 10 years of experience in energy trading, quantitative finance, software development, and analytics.
Prior to joining AEGIS, Will was responsible for the development and application of the analytics platform, including basic valuations, risk, scenario analysis, and data. Prior to R^2, Will was a distillate trader for Lukoil and helped design and oversee construction for Google's datacenters.
Will holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also has a Series 3 certification from the National Futures Association.
Outside of work, Will enjoys rooting for the Minnesota Vikings, playing board games, and spending time with his wife and son.
