Dory Douglas

Dory is a dynamic and results-driven Director of Physical Trading, overseeing our physical gas sales and marketing for the firm. She brings over 20 years of gas marketing experience and has extensive relationships within the U.S. gas markets and major downstream pipeline companies.  

Before joining AEGIS, Dory was with Ancova Energy, where she served as the Vice President of Gas Marketing overseeing the physical gas sales and marketing group. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Gas Marketing for Chesapeake Energy with responsibilities covering the Mid-Continent, Rockies, Barnett, Eagle Ford, Permian, and Haynesville asset areas. She oversaw the largest segment of CHK’s gas portfolio, managing the marketing and sales for over 3Bcf/d production.  

Dory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.  

Outside the office, Dory enjoys camping, spending time with family and attending various sporting events.
