Michael currently serves as the Director of Physical Commercial. With a wealth of expertise spanning more than 17 years in the oil and gas sector, Michael has become a valuable addition to the company. Prior to joining AEGIS, he undertook diverse roles at reputable organizations such as Ancova Energy, Tapstone Energy, Enable Midstream, Enogex, and Oklahoma Gas & Electric. His versatile experience encompasses crude and gas marketing, downstream transport deals, contract negotiations, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, cost compliance, and various midstream accounting activities.
Michael earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and demonstrated his proficiency by successfully passing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam in May 2007.
Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, all things sports, and spending time at the lake with his wife, son, and daughter.
